Enterprise Architecture & Software Engineering Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of platforms, websites, and services provided by RMi Software, the software engineering division of RMi Global. Access to deployed platforms, custom databases, and engineering environments is strictly restricted to authorized client entities. By engaging our services, you agree to utilize the bespoke architecture exclusively for its intended operational purposes.
All proprietary software code, digital frameworks, synthesis engines, and foundational database structures remain the exclusive intellectual property of RMi Software. Clients retain absolute full ownership of their internal operational data, digital assets, and trade secrets processed by the software. Reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, or replication of our custom-built architectures is strictly prohibited.
RMi Software engineers secure, framework-free systems designed for high performance and strict access control. However, digital environments are inherently dynamic. RMi Software and RMi Global shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss or business interruption—arising from server-side infrastructure failures outside our direct control, or from a client's misuse of the platform's administrative credentials.
As a division of RMi Global, these terms, as well as all enterprise agreements and software deployments executed by RMi Software, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes relating to the use of our digital platforms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within South Africa.
